If you are an Automotive Design Professional seeking new employment, our first question to you is “Is your job working for You?” (is your job going well, are you focused on the work, are you committed and loyal to your employer) or are you making a career out of self advancement, waiting for someone else to give you what you are looking for?

We advise all new Candidates, that if something is not right for you in your working world, that the first course of action is to look at what YOU can do to improve your current situation, including internal transfers, taking more responsibility, changing you work environment, speaking with your immediate superiors, etc.
If you determine that there is absolutely nothing more that you can do within reason, to proactively increase the gratification or rewards that you seek, then as a last resort, it may be time to consider changing employers.
