How we work together
After you have supplied us with a request of your needs, including a written description of the most ideal candidates you require (Job Order), we will search, network, locate, contact, screen and interview each applicant before we recommend them to you. This process includes the research into each candidate’s background, for design philosophy, working habits and ability to work as a team member. Information is gathered on the applicant’s current salary and benefits levels, permit and visa status, and their personal life details.
For every successful placement, there are approximately 25 suitable Candidates that do not qualify, or decline their offer. Our standards and those of our Clients remain at the highest levels.
This initial search and screening process also includes the gathering and viewing each Candidates portfolio samples, and making subjective evaluations on professionalism, creativity, quality of presentations, and accuracy of claimed accomplishments. Typically, most candidates are not prepared for this stage, and we mentor and assist each candidate through his/her process of preparing work samples, that in some cases may take months.
