Our Clients provide us with a specific job description that serves as our “Job Order”. Your “friend” or colleague at another employer is not trained as a recruiter, and may or may not be in a position to influence a response, or follow through.
Your “friend” or colleague at another employer may or may not be your “friend” (Your current employer may find about your application).
Should you be lucky to get an interview, there is no one to assist you in your preparations for your meeting, on what the interviewers are expecting to see or hear, nor will you necessarily be informed of who or how many interviewers will be on hand.
Should you be lucky to get an employment offer, there is no one to help you negotiate the final offer.
